Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
Custom or special-order products
Items that have been installed or modified
Perishable goods (such as batteries with a limited shelf life)
Any items specifically noted as non-returnable in their product description
Gift cards
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@alykasi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA).
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@alykasi.com.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty Period: Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us at info@alykasi.com for assistance.
Processing Warranty Claims: To process a warranty claim, you may need to provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue. The manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will apply.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
