1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the Alykasi website and services.
• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the platform, including buyers and tailors.
• Buyer: A user who requests handcrafted designs and services.
• Tailor: A professional offering services for crafting custom designs.

2. Services Offered

Älykäsi acts as a marketplace where:

1. Buyers upload design specifications using our AI tool.
2. Tailors submit offers based on these designs.
3. Buyers select a tailor, finalize the details, and complete payment via the platform.

All payments and invoices are processed through Texus Oy.

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to access services.
• All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments are processed securely via woopayment.
• Buyers make payments in advance upon finalizing a tailor’s offer.
• Refunds are issued only in the case of non-delivery or per our refund policy.
• Texus Oy may mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds or outcomes.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Misrepresent their identity or use another’s account.
• Engage in activities that disrupt or harm the platform.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Älykäsi and Texus Oy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Texus Oy is not responsible for the quality of the final product; disputes should be resolved between the buyer and tailor.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and applicable EU regulations.
